Mean Streets | Killer Art: The Coolest Coffee Table Book Ever

\

Mean Streets | Killer Art is a collaboration between author/blogger Sean Nosek and Vancouver legend Ken Foster, a painter who has spent more than two decades hocking his art on the street. Ken’s story is as remarkable as it is heart wrenching, and his paintings – edgy and distorted and beautiful – capture the character of our city like no other artist before.

The book, to be released on Canada Day (July 1), will be printed in large format on high quality paper. It will include no less than 20 separate Ken Foster illustrations, each showcasing an aspect of Vancouver, accompanied by a very compelling narrative (Ken’s story), photographs, quotes, and more.
